There have been a barrage of leaks and rumors about the Vivo X90 Pro+ flagship smartphone recently. The brand has also been dropping some hints about its features over the past few days. Now, Vivo has shared a new teaser that confirms the launch date of the Vivo X90 Pro+. The smartphone will be unveiled in China on November 22, 2022, and it will be the company’s most advanced smartphone. Let’s take a look at its expected specs and how it collides with the competition.

Going through the teaser, and Vivo X90 Pro + It comes with a huge circular camera island, which has been a hallmark of Vivo X-series smartphones. It will come with a premium metal frame and a leather-wrapped back panel. The back panel also has a fun black chrome strip running down the camera island that says “Xtreme Imagination”.
According to rumors, the Vivo X90 Pro+ will feature a 6.78-inch Samsung E6 AMOLED panel with a 2K display resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Expect a curved screen with peak brightness in excess of 1,500 nits.
The Vivo X90 Pro+ was recently spotted on Geekbench and it comes with an unannounced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The alleged smartphone codenamed Vivo V2243A scored 1453 points in the single-core test and 4,660 points in the multi-core test of jeepbench Version 5. The listing also reveals the basic CPU configuration, which is a setup of 1 + 4 + 3. The core core, which is expected to be an ARM Cortex-X3, is clocked at 3.19 GHz.
Vivo X70 series and Vivo X80 series were camera beasts and the Vivo X90 Pro+ would be no different. Leaks indicate that it can be equipped with a 1-inch 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 primary sensor, a 48-megapixel Sony IMX589 ultrawide camera, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX758 image/phone sensor with 2X optical zoom, and a 64-megapixel OmniVision periscope camera with 3.5 optical zoom x and 100x digital zoom. The cameras are Zeiss branded and the phone will be equipped with a Vivo V2 imaging chip.
